These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 29wind platform and all its members. By accessing or using the 29wind website or app, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the 29wind platform. Continued use of our services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

This agreement is available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

To open an account with 29wind, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• After registration, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process.

29wind may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account suspension.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 29wind:

• Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdraw: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Verification: Account verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Payment Methods: The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Third Parties: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

29wind does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live cashout feature).

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be fully refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29wind platform:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Using software or bots to manipulate the gaming system.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.

• Your personal information will not be shared with any third party for commercial purposes.

• Losses arising from third-party activity.

In the event of any technical issue, 29wind will work toward a fair resolution; however, any compensation offered will be limited in scope.

29wind may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspected fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

You may also request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

For any dispute with 29wind, please contact our support team first. Most issues are typically resolved within 24–72 hours.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
• For complex disputes, international gaming arbitration procedures will be followed.
